Terms of Use

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Akiya (“App”), provided by asimetriq OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Estonia (Registration Number: 14400536, VAT: EE102037638, Address: Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), which governs in case of conflict.

2. License

Your use of the App is governed by the Apple Standard EULA:

The App may be used only on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to all terms of the EULA.

We own all rights to the App, including its software, trademarks, design, and related intellectual property. You receive only the limited license defined in the Apple Standard EULA. You may not:

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how asimetriq OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in Akiya (“App”). The App is designed so that data is stored locally on your device and not collected by us.

2. No Server-Side Data Collection

We operate no servers that store or process your personal data.
